The subscription
Whitebox Ultimate is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoicing. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from Settings → Account → Manage subscription, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Whitebox isn’t right for you, email support@whiteboxultimate.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
Licence
A subscription lets one person use Whitebox Ultimate on up to 3 of their own devices. You may not resell, share or redistribute the app or your account.
Third-party services
AI features use the provider and API key you choose, and are billed by that provider. Agent CLIs, MCP servers and tools you run from Whitebox are governed by their own licences and terms. Vibe Coding and agents can edit files and run commands you approve — keep backups (Whitebox takes snapshots, but you remain responsible for your data).
Warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
